The LightHouse Plate

The LightHouse Plate is a wheel turned deep dishpie plate with laced edge. Imprint of lighthouse will appear on anything you bake.

This pie plate is one of my most popular pieces. Each one is hand painted, making them one of a kind.

Oven safe to 400° and dishwasher safe.

Roy's Folks Crafts Fair

When: Nov. 20, 2009
Time: From 6am until 6pm
Where: The Loft at Union Square at 410 English Road in High Point
Admission: $3 for adults, $1 for seniors, and children get in free.
Parking: Free

This event will feature more than 45 vendors, all who have been featured on one of FOX8's "Roy's Folks" segments.

"We are really excited about this new location", said FOX8's Roy Ackland. "It's the only place you can catch so many of the people that I have interviewed over the years and have the opportunity to see and purchase their unique crafts."

What: Arts and Disabilities exhibit
Jointly sponsored by the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center and the Nashville Mayor’s Advisory Committee for People with Disabilities, this annual exhibit features work in a variety of media by artists with a wide rangeof abilities/disabilities and ages. Since its inception in 1976, the Mayor’s Advisory Committee has promoted public education and awareness, and advocated for persons with disabilities and their family members.
